TAKE / YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy · Updated 16 October 2026

TAKE is operated by Praizense. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the TAKE app, public profile pages and shared collections. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@take24.app.

Information you provide

Support and beta access

Beta access requests are saved privately for authorised TAKE staff to arrange testing access and respond to your request. The form does not subscribe you to marketing messages or publish your details. Request records are retained while needed to handle access, support and related service operations; you can contact us to request correction or deletion. Technical request limits help prevent spam.

What other people can see

Published profiles, associated work and community posts are intended to be shared. Your profile can be viewed outside TAKE using its public link. Once processing is complete, your personal introduction and audition videos can appear on your visible profile and be included in audition applications while Take review is pending or if the video is not selected for Take. Only approved videos appear in Take. Profile visibility and moderation controls still apply. Connected social links lead to services with their own privacy policies. Your date of birth and optional phone number are kept in a separate private account record and are not included in public profiles or portfolio exports.

Messages are available to their conversation participants. Reported content may be reviewed by authorised moderators. Collections remain private until their owner creates a sharing link. Anyone who receives that link can view the shared selection until the link expires or is revoked. A review response is sent to the collection owner under the name supplied by its recipient; it does not change the owner’s original list.

Why information is used

Service providers and technical data

TAKE uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database storage, media storage and processing, hosting, notifications and service operations. The primary application database and media processing are configured in Mumbai, India; authentication, delivery, support and other provider operations can involve processing in other locations. We do not promise that every service processes data only in India.

Technical information may include IP addresses, request times, device notification tokens, platform information and operational error records. Request limits use short-lived hashed identifiers to help prevent abuse. Notification permission is controlled by you and your device. This version does not include advertising SDKs or behavioural advertising.

Cookies and local storage

Sign-in uses storage required by Firebase Authentication. Shared reviews use browser session storage to keep a recipient’s review credential and draft in the current browser session. Drafts are also saved privately to let the same reviewer resume a response. These are used to provide the requested features. TAKE does not use a guest review link to build a browsing-activity report for its sender.

Agency submissions and other people’s information

An approved agency may submit standalone introduction or audition videos only after confirming permission to use the material. Agency uploads identify the publishing agency and route enquiries to it. They do not create or take ownership of a performer’s profile. To report missing consent, impersonation or unauthorised content, use the reporting controls or email contact@take24.app with the relevant link.

Retention and deletion

Your account information is retained while needed to provide your account and its features. Uploads that fail validation are discarded. Generated portfolio files are temporary. A shared profile-based portfolio link opens the person’s current portfolio while their profile remains public; hiding or deleting the profile stops new access through that link. Expiring links stop granting access at expiry; revoking a link stops new access through that link. Files already downloaded by another person cannot be recalled by TAKE.

When you request account deletion, your public profile is hidden immediately and the deletion process removes your account, uploaded media, posts, collections, reviews and conversations. Operational logs, provider backups and records needed for security or legal obligations may persist according to their retention requirements; access to any retained records is restricted. You can request details about a particular record from our privacy contact.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your profile, hide it from public discovery, remove content, unfollow or block people, revoke sharing links and change notification permissions. Contact us to request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a concern about its use. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account.

Children and safety

Do not upload someone else’s information without appropriate authority and consent. Where a child’s information or image is involved, the responsible parent or legal guardian must authorise its use. If you believe information about a child has been provided without the required authority, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Security and policy updates

TAKE uses authenticated access, role-based server permissions, private storage and time-limited media links. No system or transfer method can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change; the updated date will appear on this page. Material changes will be communicated where required.
