These terms apply to TAKE, operated by Praizense, including its app, public profile pages and shared collections. By using TAKE, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account and identity

Provide accurate account information, use an identity you are entitled to represent, and keep your sign-in access secure. You must have the legal capacity or authorisation needed to use the service and share your content. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent credits or verification, sell access to another person’s account, or try to bypass a suspension.

Your content remains yours

You retain the rights you hold in the content you submit. You give Praizense permission to store, process, resize, transcode, display and deliver that content as needed to operate the features you choose, including public profiles, portfolios, community posts and shared links. This permission does not transfer ownership of your work. You must have the necessary rights, licences and consent from people represented in it.

Agencies and representation

Agency access is subject to approval and can be suspended. Agencies may submit authorised introduction and audition videos attributed to the agency; they must not create or control a performer’s personal profile without an independently authorised account arrangement. Confirmed consent must be accurate and may be reviewed. Enquiries about agency videos are routed to the publishing agency.

Respect the community

Do not post or send unlawful, exploitative, threatening, hateful, sexually abusive or harassing material. Do not distribute private information without permission, steal copyrighted work, spam members, solicit fraudulent payments, scrape member information, reverse-engineer access controls, or interfere with the service. Sexual content involving minors, exploitation and abusive contact are prohibited. Use reporting and blocking controls when something is wrong.

Child safety standards

TAKE, operated by Praizense, prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking and other sexual exploitation of children, as well as creating, uploading, soliciting, distributing or sharing material that sexually abuses or exploits a child. These standards apply to content and behaviour throughout TAKE, including profiles, uploads, posts, comments, messages and shared collections.

Raise a concern using TAKE’s in-app reporting controls on profiles, videos, posts or comments. For a photo, report the profile or post where it appears. To report a direct message, press and hold the message and choose Report. You can also contact contact@take24.app with the relevant content link or identifying details. Do not download, copy, forward or attach suspected illegal material to an email or message; use a report or content link instead.

Praizense addresses confirmed violations by removing or restricting access to the content and suspending or closing offending accounts as appropriate. We handle required preservation or reporting of information and cooperate with competent authorities in accordance with applicable law. Child safety concerns and questions about these standards can be sent to contact@take24.app.

Opportunities and professional decisions

TAKE helps people discover and communicate with each other. A listing, profile, verification marker or message is not a guarantee of employment, professional quality, availability, payment, safety or the accuracy of every claim. Members are responsible for checking the people and opportunities they choose, agreeing their own work terms, and handling contracts and payments for that work.

Sharing and guest reviews

A shared link grants the access selected by its owner. Treat unlisted links and private messages with care and do not forward them without appropriate permission. Reviewers’ names, selections and notes are sent to the collection owner as separate responses. A recipient must not present a review response as a change to the sender’s original collection or as a commitment by the talent shown.

Portfolios and premium templates

Free portfolio templates can be used with an eligible profile. Premium previews do not themselves grant download rights. Where premium access or purchases become available, the price, payment method, entitlement and applicable purchase terms will be shown before a purchase. No payment is required merely to preview a premium style. Do not misrepresent another person’s portfolio as your own.

Moderation and availability

Once processing is complete, your personal introduction and audition videos can appear on your visible profile and be included in audition applications while Take review is pending or if the video is not selected for Take. Only approved videos appear in Take. Community posts and agency submissions are reviewed before publication. You can check the current status and feedback in My media or My posts in TAKE.

We may review reports, restrict visibility, request changes, remove content or suspend access to protect users, enforce these terms or comply with legal obligations. Contact contact@take24.app if you believe a decision was made in error. The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or other operational reasons. Keep independent copies of work that matters to you.

Ending your use

You can stop using TAKE or request account deletion. Deleting your account does not recall copies other people previously downloaded or alter obligations arising from independent agreements with other users. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsibility and applicable rights

TAKE is provided subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits liability where doing so is prohibited. Users remain responsible for their own content, conduct and professional arrangements. For a concern or dispute, contact us with enough information to investigate and respond.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The updated date will appear above, and material changes will be communicated where required. Questions, consent concerns and appeals can be sent to contact@take24.app.
